David Winchester

Managing Director and Co-Owner

I am a problem solver. It is in my nature to look at things and figure out how they work, why they work, and why someone designed them the way they did. When presented with a challenge or problem, my instinct is to ask "How can I make this work?” I love customers who come to me with amazing ideas, challenging projects, or tight deadlines. We solve our customers' problems and challenges.—that’s why I love what we do at Ready 2 Run.
We have a great group of people that are problem solvers, and I love that our team is close knit like a family. We help each other and our customers, and I look forward to every day because we are always doing new and interesting things.
In my free time, I spend time with my family my favorite things to do with my family are visit Disneyworld and go on ski trips.

Daniel Winchester

Operations Director and Co-Owner

As the Operations Manager and Co-Owner of R2R, my main responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the shop, enabling us to complete projects within the given time frame. R2R initially began in my basement, where I identified the need for signage at trade shows. Since then, we have expanded our services significantly. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my family and attending sporting events.

Office Manager

As the Office Manager at a small business, I work behind the scenes to make sure the office is running smoothly and most importantly, I keep the snack cabinet fully stocked! I love the team camaraderie at R2R—the positive environment makes coming to work every day exciting!

David Hickson (DD)

Graphic Designer

I am the gatekeeper of art, or officially, the Sign Shop Production Graphic Designer. I prepare proofs, design, troubleshoot issues, and do whatever it takes to get the customer's art ready for production. I have over 25 years of Graphic Design experience, and my main goals are quality and responsiveness. I don't like working here, I love it! The people here are great. Everyone helps each other and cares about what they are doing. We have a very well-rounded team that can handle any challenge.I am a husband/dad/handyman / and artist. Each requires attention, but family is always first.

Scott Johnson

Lead Fabrication & Installer

My role at R2R is as a Sign Shop Fabricator and Installer. I build and install custom signage for our clients. I love the team atmosphere; everyone is supportive and willing to put in the extra time to get the job done on time. In my free time, I like to spend time with family, hunt, and fish.

Luis Mateo

Apprentice Fabricator

Here at R2R, I make and install quality signs for you in a responsive and professional manner. I pride myself on providing our customers with the best service, in-house or at your location. I like working here at R2R because I can work as part of a team with the goal of making your ideas, not only a reality but something that others wish they had! While not at work, I love spending time with my amazing wife and our six kids.
